The Nicosia Dental Polyclinic has a strong and wonderful relationship with The Sophia Foundation for Children.

Concentrating on bringing education, healthcare and opportunities to children in Kenya.

In December 2010 Dr Marios Taramides and Karen Simopoulos led a dental mission to Nairobi and Nyeri at the Makarios Childrens Orphanage. For 10 days, the team offered over 300 children access to preventative dentistry and while carrying out treatments whenever needed.
